GDPR information notice
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter “GDPR”), we hereby inform you that:

1. Who is the controller of your data
The controller of your personal data provided in the enquiry form is Biomass Global Trading Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Aleja Wincentego Witosa 31 / 46.3, 00-710 Warszawa, Poland (Tax ID (NIP) 5214148808, Registration No. (KRS) 0001217774, REGON 543756045).
2. Purposes of data processing
Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- Handling your commercial enquiry — providing a reply, preparing an offer and continuing commercial correspondence.
- Taking steps prior to entering into a contract — at your request, where the enquiry initiates commercial negotiations.
- Performance of a contract, if a contract is concluded following your enquiry.
- Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims arising from correspondence and any cooperation.
3. Legal basis of processing
- Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (handling the enquiry) and to perform the contract if concluded.
- Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest of the Controller in handling B2B correspondence, establishing and pursuing claims and defending against them, and conducting ongoing business.
- Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR — obligations arising from applicable law, including tax and accounting law, if a contract is concluded.
4. How long we keep your data
- Until the enquiry has been handled and for the period of statute of limitations for claims (as a rule, 3 years for B2B) — for enquiries not resulting in a contract.
- For the duration of the contract and 5 years after the end of the financial year in which the transaction took place — for commercial cooperation.
- Until an effective objection is made — for processing based on the legitimate interest.
5. Recipients of your data
We may share your data with:
- providers of transactional email (Resend) and hosting services (Vercel);
- our accountancy firm and legal advisers;
- public and judicial authorities — under applicable law.

6. Your rights
You have the following rights:
- right of access to your data and to obtain a copy;
- right to rectification and completion of the data;
- right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
- right to restriction of processing;
- right to data portability;
- right to object to processing based on the legitimate interest of the Controller;
- right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

7. Voluntary nature of data provision
Providing personal data in the enquiry form is voluntary, but necessary to process your enquiry. Without this data we will not be able to contact you and prepare an offer.
8. Automated decision-making
We do not apply automated decision-making based on your personal data, including profiling, that would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
